Welcome!
You are on the homepage of the electronic whistleblowing system of Woolworth Slovensko s.r.o.

In accordance with Section 10 (2) of the German Whistleblower Protection Act, the management has commissioned PARK Compliance Services GmbH, in particular Dr Eggers, a lawyer, to receive and confirm reports on behalf of Woolworth as part of the internal reporting system and, if necessary, to review them.

After receiving the report and confirming receipt, Dr Eggers will hand over the information in full to our internal confidential counsellor appointed under the Slovak Whistleblower Protection Act, Ms Eva Šimáková, who has been appointed as a confidential counsellor in accordance with the Slovak Whistleblower Protection Act, for further processing and clarification of the report. The confidential counsellors are independent and not bound by instructions in their role as internal confidential counsellors.

You can submit the report in Slovak, German, English or any other language you prefer.

Who can submit a notification:

Anyone, i.e. not just employees or business partners, but anyone with knowledge of possible compliance violations can submit a report via our whistleblower system.

By submitting a report, you can help us to quickly uncover and correct misconduct in our company. You can make your report at any time and we guarantee confidentiality and protection of your identity.

How the system protects you:

  • The system protects the confidentiality of the identity of the persons affected by the report, i.e. above all the identity of the whistleblower (see Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act).
  • All information is encrypted end-to-end so that your sensitive information is secure.
  • In the login area you can track the processing status of your report and keep in touch with Dr Eggers.

Which topic do you want to report on?

This reporting point applies to indications of possible anti-social behaviour. Possible anti-social behaviour is:

  • serious anti-company behaviour pursuant to Section 2 lit. d) Act No. 54/2019 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers of anti-company behaviour and on amending and supplementing certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Slovak Whistleblower Protection Act"),
  • Crime and other anti-social behaviour within the meaning of Section 3(b) and (c) of Act No. 583/2008 Coll. on the prevention of crime and other anti-social behaviour and on amending and supplementing certain laws, and
  • Violations of internal company guidelines.

In the next step, select one of these categories.

If your report does not fall into one of these categories and another contact person is therefore responsible for your case, you will receive confidential feedback.

If you report serious anti-social behaviour, you are entitled to protection in accordance with Section 7 of the Whistleblower Protection Act. However, you must apply for this protection from the competent authority in accordance with Sections 3 to 6 of the Whistleblower Protection Act. This protection expires in cases pursuant to Section 8 of the Whistleblower Protection Act.

All reports of possible anti-company behaviour are treated seriously and carefully. Whistleblowers who provide information to the best of their knowledge and belief will be protected against discrimination and reprisals by the company to the best of their ability. However, anyone who makes a report without reasonable grounds for believing that it is based on truthful information (knowingly false report) does not deserve our protection. Knowingly false information can in turn result in civil, labour and criminal penalties.

You can report human rights or environmental risks or violations of human rights or environmental obligations via Woolworth GmbH's electronic reporting channel. You can access this via the link provided here.
