You can submit reports of serious anti-social behaviour here. Examples:

  • Offences under § 168, § 170, § 170b, § 177, § 212, § 213, § 217, § 221, § 226, § 233a, § 237 to 240, § 243, § 243a, § 247, § 247d, § 251a, § 252 to 254, § 261 to 263, § 266 to 268, § 271, § 278a, § 283, § 299a, § 302, § 305, § 326 to 327a, § 328 to 336b, § 336d, § 348, § 352a, or § 374 of the Criminal Code,
  • an offence for which the Criminal Code provides for a maximum prison sentence of more than two years,
  • an administrative offence punishable by a fine with a mathematical upper limit, or
  • an administrative offence punishable by a fine of at least EUR 30,000.
Anti-social activities →
This is an act that constitutes a criminal offence or a misdemeanour; other anti-social activity is also an act that does not constitute a criminal offence or other misdemeanour but has a negative impact on society, e.g:
  • Abuse of position for personal gain,
  • Clientelism (favouring goods and services of friends, acquaintances, colleagues or family members while rejecting goods and services of neutral persons whose goods or services are of equal or better quality, or favouring friends, acquaintances or their family members or family members of colleagues when selecting an employee),
  • indecent and unprofessional behaviour,
  • aggressive behaviour in the workplace,
  • Bullying in the workplace,
  • Neglect of duty,
  • Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, various types of pathological addictions (drugs, gambling, internet),
  • Obstructing the preparation of notices or the registration of notices,
  • unjustified sanctions against the notifier and the person responsible,
  • Retaliation against the whistleblower or other protected persons, etc.
