A report may be filed in the event of suspected antisocial activities within the scope of Woolworth SK's activities or in connection with them, which means serious antisocial activity pursuant to Section 2(d) of the Whistleblower Protection Act, criminal activity and other antisocial activity within the meaning of Section 3(b) and (c) of Act No. 583/2008 Coll. on the Prevention of Crime and Other Antisocial Activity and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as well as violations of our internal policies.
The reporting system is not intended for general complaints not related to antisocial activities within the meaning of the Whistleblower Protection Act, for questions regarding goods and liability for defects, or for sending job applications. Such reports are not assessed within the meaning of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Serious antisocial activity
Serious antisocial activity refers to criminal offences punishable by imprisonment for more than two years, administrative offences carrying a potential fine of at least EUR 30,000, as well as criminal offences listed in Section 2(d)(1) of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Criminal offences
Reports of suspected criminal offences may relate, for example, to the following offences:
theft,
embezzlement,
fraud,
legalisation of proceeds from criminal activity
tax evasion and other tax offences,
bribery,
sexual violence and other crimes against human dignity in the sexual sphere,
crimes against life and health,
crimes against the environment.
Misdemeanours and administrative offences
A report of suspected commission of a misdemeanour or administrative offence may relate, for example, to the following misdemeanours and administrative offences:
violation of the rules of equal treatment and prohibition of discrimination,
violation of the rules on the protection of privacy and personal rights of employees,
violation of the rules on employee remuneration,
violation of working time rules,
violation of Occupational Health and Safety principles.
